I’m so excited to be guest posting on my girl McKenzie’s blog! She is one of the coolest people I have had the privilege to meet in the blogging world! But if you’re here reading her blog then you are WELL aware of that! I am Andie (also McKenzie’s BFF at the gym) I blog over at Maybe I Will. I share healthy recipes, workouts, and heath/fitness tips to help you stay on track in meeting your fitness and health goals!
I am so excited to share this AMAZING recipe with you!! Even if you are not on the “clean” eating train you will still FLIP over how good these no bake bars are! No joke they are the BEST healthy eating treat I have come across to date (and that’s saying a lot). Besides being insanely good they are SUPER EASY to Make!
Melt In Your Mouth “Clean” No Bake Bars
Adapted from New Nostalgia
1 Cup All Natural Peanut Butter ( Almond Butter would also be yummy)
2/3 C Honey
1/2 C Coconut Oil
2 Cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1 C Dark Chocolate Chips
3/4 C Craisens
1/2 tsp almond extract
Melt PB, Honey, and Coconut oil until melted and delightful in a heavy saucepan – remove from heat and add remaining ingredients – poor into a lightly greased 9×13 pan. The HARDEST part waiting 2-3 hours for the bars to set up!
I would love for you to follow my fun!!!
Make sure to try these healthy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies too! Yum!

Tried them and they were awesome. I did use a few changes. Like powered peanut butter for fewer calories, maple syrup instead of honey, and added a bit more oats. Wonderful treat

These sound amazing. A little peppermint extract and they would be perfect for Christmas.
