I am excited to share a fun, new recipe with you! I developed a small obsession with some coconut popsicles a few years ago. I love them! I wanted to figure out a way that I could make them without so much added sugar and without them being so expensive. I have to say, I am excited with the way the turned out! They taste very close to the same as the original. These are my creamy coconut frozen yogurt popsicles…

These are a great healthier alternative to sugary filled frozen treats this summer.

Creamy Coconut Frozen Yogurt Pops

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 t Coconut Extract
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Flakes
Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients together and put in a popsicle mold. Put in freezer until frozen. Enjoy!
